No-Bake Banana Split Cake

 

Crust

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
4 bananas, sliced
20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries
Topping:
1 cup whipped topping
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chocolate syrup
Fresh banana slices, raspberries, and cherries for garnish
Directions:
Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9x13-inch pan. Chill in the fridge while you make the filling.
Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
Layer Fruit: Evenly layer bananas, drained pineapple, and raspberries over the cream cheese mixture.
Top & Garnish: Spread additional whipped topping, sprinkle with chocolate chips or drizzle with chocolate syrup. Add fresh banana slices, raspberries, and cherries on top.
Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving.
