TWO INGREDIENT MUFFIN TIN BISCUITS

 

INGREDIENTS
2 cups Self-Rising Flour 
1 3/4 cups heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450*F.
Combine self-rising flour and heavy cream until smooth. (Batter will be like thick and sticky)
Scoop into a lightly greased muffin pan.
Bake at 450*F for 12-15 minutes or until tops are a light golden color.
Take out of oven and brush the tops with melted butter, if desired.
