EASY Chicken Curry Recipe

Ingredients

500 g Boneless Chicken

Salt to taste

1 tsp paprika powder

1 tsp ginger -  garlic paste

Ingredients For Curry

1 Tbsp ginger chopped  

2Tbsp   oil 

1 Tbsp ginger chopped

2 Tbsp garlic chopped

 1 large onion

2 tomatoes 

 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

1/2 tsp garam masala

 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp pepper powder

 1/2 tsp cumin powder

  2 Tbsp curry powder

1/3 cup water

Coriander 

Add chicken, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, paprika powder, and ginger - garlic paste in a large bowl. Mix well and rest the chicken for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, heat the oil in a pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic and sauté. Next, add curry leaves and sauté. Now, add the onion and cook the onion until translucent. Add tomatoes, stir and cook for a minute. Add 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder, cumin powder and curry powder. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat. Finally, add the marinated chicken, stir and cook for 2 minutes on medium-high heat. Next, add water and mix well; cover and cook the chicken until it's done. Stir in the coriander and serve with Indian flatbreads or with rice.
