1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
1 can (14 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions:
1️⃣ Dissolve the Pudding: In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding and boiling water until fully dissolved.
