Marshmallow Buttercream Frosting
Ingredients
½ cup shortening or butter
¾ - 1 cup powdered sugar
1 (13oz) jar marshmallow fluff (marshmallow cream)
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Cream the butter and shortening (if using) with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
Gradually add the powdered sugar, about ½ cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
Fold in the marshmallow fluff until fully combined.
Scoop the frosting into a piping bag and pipe onto cupcakes or cakes as desired.
