Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos
Ingredients
1 bag Doritos (Nacho Cheese, Cool Ranch, or your favorite flavor)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup crushed Doritos (for coating)
Instructions
Make the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

Assemble the Stuffed Doritos: Spread a small amount of the cheese filling on one Dorito. Place another Dorito on top to make a mini sandwich. Repeat until all the filling is used.

Coat for Extra Crunch: Dip each stuffed Dorito in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally roll in crushed Doritos for a crispy outer layer.

Cook:

Air Fryer Method: Preheat to 375°F (190°C), place stuffed Doritos in a single layer in the basket, spray with cooking spray, and cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Deep Frying: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C), fry stuffed Doritos for 30-45 seconds per side until golden brown, and drain on paper towels.
Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C), place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
Serve & Enjoy: Serve warm with ranch dressing, sour cream, or salsa for dipping. Garnish with extra crumbled bacon or green onions for a finishing touch.
