Easy No-Bake Confetti Squares
Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate
1 cup peanut butter
4 tbsp butter
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of kosher salt
10 oz mini rainbow marshmallows
Instructions:
Melt the Base
In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate, peanut butter, and butter, stirring until smooth.
Add Flavoring
Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
Incorporate Marshmallows
Gently fold in mini rainbow marshmallows until evenly coated.
Set & Chill
Spread the mixture into a greased pan, smoothing the top.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut & Serve
Slice into squares and enjoy
