Cold Chocolate Cake No Oven! In 5 Minutes
Ingredients:
200 g dry biscuits
Oil (for greasing a 24 cm mold)
50 g sugar
45 g corn starch
1 sachet of sweetened crème caramel mix (for 500 ml of milk)
1 vanilla pod
1 L milk
50 g dark chocolate
Instructions:
Grease a 24 cm mold with oil.
In a saucepan, combine 50 g sugar, 45 g corn starch, and the contents of the crème caramel mix.
Add 1 L of milk to the saucepan and mix well.
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and comes to a boil.
Remove from heat and add 50 g of dark chocolate, stirring until fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared mold and let it cool to room temperature.
Once cooled, refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set.
Before serving, you can decorate with chocolate chips or coconut shavings if desired.
This no-bake chocolate cake is quick to prepare and offers a rich, creamy texture that melts in your mouth.
