Walking Taco Bake Ingredients: For the Base: 1 lb (450g) ground beef 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 packet taco seasoning mix 1/2 cup water For the Layering: 3 cups tortilla chips, slightly crushed 1 cup salsa 1 cup sour cream 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Optional Toppings: Chopped lettuce Diced tomatoes Sliced black olives Sliced jalapeños Fresh cilantro Instructions: Cook the Ground Beef: Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and water.
