Chicken Turkey Bacon Ranch Roll-Ups

Ingredients 

  • 6 slices of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded or grilled chicken
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey bacon (2-3 slices) , crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep Your Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled turkey bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until everything is evenly coated and well mixed.

 

Pro Tip: For extra crunch, reserve a small amount of turkey bacon bits to sprinkle on top after rolling.

 

2. Assemble the Roll-Ups

Lay out the slices of mozzarella cheese on a clean surface. Spoon about 2–3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the center of each slice, spreading it slightly but leaving room around the edges.

 

3. Roll It Up

Carefully roll up each mozzarella slice tightly around the chicken filling, sealing the ends to keep the filling inside. If needed, gently press the edges to ensure they stay closed during baking.

 

4. Bake Until Golden

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) . Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

 

Bake for 10–12 minutes , or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly. Rotate the pan halfway through cooking for even browning.

 

5. Serve and Enjoy

Remove the roll-ups from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Sprinkle with reserved turkey bacon bits if desired. Serve warm with additional ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
