Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients:
• 200 g of chocolate (dark, milk, or your favorite type)
• 3 eggs (separate yolks and whites)
• Sugar hearts for decoration (optional)
Preparation:
1. Melt the chocolate: Melt the chocolate in the microwave or a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
2. Whip the egg whites: Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
3. Mix: Add the yolks to the melted chocolate and mix well. Then, gently fold in the whipped egg whites in batches using a spatula to keep it light and fluffy.
4. Chill: Pour the mixture into glasses or cups and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Decorate: Add sugar hearts or any toppings you like before serving.
