Classic and Easy Lemon Pie
Ingredients:
• 1 package of Maria cookies (200 g)
• 100 g melted butter
• 1 can of condensed milk
• Juice of 4 lemons
• 4 egg whites
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
Brief Preparation:
1. Crust: Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. Filling: Mix condensed milk with lemon juice until it thickens. Pour over the crust.
3. Meringue: Whisk the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding sugar. Decorate the pie with meringue and lightly brown using a kitchen torch or oven broiler.
4. Chill: Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
