St. Patrick’s Day boozy Shamrock Shake

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/4 cup whipped cream vodka (or vanilla vodka as a substitute)
  • 1/4 cup crème de menthe liqueur (green for vibrant color and minty flavor)
  • 2-3 drops green food coloring (optional, if you want a brighter green hue)
  • Whipped cream , for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries , for garnish
  • Green-colored sugar crystals , for rimming the glasses
  • Instructions:

    Step 1: Prepare the Glasses

    1. Pour the green sugar crystals onto a small plate.
    2. Moisten the rims of your serving glasses with a bit of water or lime juice, then dip them into the green sugar crystals to coat the edges. Set aside.
     

    Step 2: Blend the Shake

    1. In a blender, combine the vanilla ice cream, milk, Baileys Irish Cream, whipped cream vodka, crème de menthe liqueur, and green food coloring (if using).
    2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, if the mixture is too thick.
     

    Step 3: Serve and Garnish

    1. Pour the boozy shake into the prepared glasses.
    2. Top each shake with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
    3. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a sprinkle of green sugar crystals for extra flair.
     

    Step 4: Enjoy Responsibly
