Fluffy Yogurt Cake
Ingredients:
• 1 plain yogurt (125 g)
• 3 eggs
• 1 yogurt cup of vegetable oil
• 2 yogurt cups of sugar
• 3 yogurt cups of flour
• 1 packet of baking powder (16 g)
• Lemon zest or vanilla extract (optional)
Quick Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the yogurt and oil, and mix well.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder together, then gradually fold it into the mixture. Add lemon zest or vanilla if desired.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5. Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
