Apple Pie Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 can apple pie filling
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
⅛ tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Separate the biscuits and flatten each one slightly with your hands.
Spoon a small amount of apple pie filling onto the center of each biscuit. Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract.
Dip each filled biscuit into the butter mixture, coating well, and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
Pour any remaining butter mixture over the biscuits.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
