Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, beat together sugar and butter until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk, mixing until smooth.
Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before frosting.
