Maple Walnut Fudge
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Remove and stir, repeat process in 30 second intervals until smooth.
Stir in:
2 tsps maple extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
Pour mixture into an 8 X 8 pan lined with parchment. Refrigerate for two hours and cut into squares. Freezes well.
