All members of the Video Conference must have a paid Subscriber account and a be a member of the other members friends group.
Select the Video Conference option from the Subscribers menu.
The list of available conference members is shown on the left side of the conference page.
Select a member from the list and click the camera icon to start the conference call.
The selected member must Accept the call.
Each member in the list must Start or Accept a call from the other members to connect all members to the call.
