S'mores Pie Bars 
Ingredients
For the Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
For the Chocolate Filling:
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping:
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form an even crust.
Step 2: Make the Chocolate Filling
4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
5. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
6. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 3: Assemble the Bars
7. Pour the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
8. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the chocolate layer.
Step 4: Bake the Bars
9. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and slightly toasted.
10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers for added texture.
Step 5: Cool and Serve
11. Allow the bars to cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
12. Slice into squares and serve for a gooey, chocolatey treat!

Store the bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
