Nacho Cheese Beef Wrap Recipe
- 1 pound of lean ground beef.
- 1 cup of cheese sauce for nachos
- ½ cup of sour cream
- Green chilies and chopped tomatoes from a can of Rotel
- ½ cup green pepper, cut up
- ½ cup of chopped onions
- 1 package of taco seasoning Mix
- Doritos that taste like nacho cheese and are crushed
- 4 wraps made with flour
- Tears of lettuce
Instructions
- Crumble the ground beef and cook it in a pan.
- After cooking for a long time, drain off the extra fat. Add the peppers and onions and sauté for 4 minutes.
- Pour in the taco sauce and mix well.
- In a bowl, mix the Rotel and Nacho Cheese Sauce.
- Mix well.
- Put four big tortillas on the counter.
- Put some of the nacho cheese mix in the middle of each tortilla.
- Add meat mix, sour cream, onions, peppers, and crushed Doritos on top.
- Roll the tortillas up like a burrito by folding the sides in.
- Set up a second pan on medium heat.
- Toast the wraps in the pan until both sides are golden brown.
- Add your favorite toppings right away and serve.
