Homemade Cappuccino (without machine)

Ingredients 1 Tbsp Instant coffee 1 Tbsp sugar (you can use less or more according to your taste) 1 Tbsp hot water and 1 1/2 cup (12 oz) boiling milk

Add coffee and sugar to your cup, add hot water a little at a time and stir until light brown in colour and thickened.

Boil milk in saucepan and whisk until foamy, add to your cup.

ORANGE CREAMSICLE COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

• ice
• 2 ounces whipped cream or vanilla-flavored vodka
• 4 ounces orange-flavored soda
• whipped cream, for topping
• orange sprinkles or slices of orange

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour ice into a glass.
2. Pour the vodka into the glass.
3. Pour the orange soda into the glass and stir with a stirring spoon.
4. Top the glass with whipped cream and sprinkles or an orange slice.

NOTES

• Crushed ice or nugget ice is best for this drink.
• This drink can be made ahead. You can mix the vodka and orange soda in advance and keep it chilled. Add ice and the toppings when you're ready to serve.

BAY BREEZE COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

• ice
• 1.5 ounces vodka
• 3 ounces cranberry juice
• 3 ounces pineapple juice
• lime wheel for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Add vodka, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice.
3. Gently stir.
4. Garnish with lime wheel.

You can squeeze the lime in your drink

Blueberry Wine

2 quarts of blueberries 
4 quarts of boiling water 
6 cups of sugar 
3 cups of prunes 

Instructions: Add the boiling water to the blueberries and allow to simmer on the back of the stove until it begins to boil. Strain and add the six cups of sugar to the gallon of juice. Boil for 5 minutes and when cool, add the prunes. Put in a crock or jar, cover with cheesecloth and let stand for two months. Finally, strain into a bottle and cork. This wine is strong will last from year to year.
